Leadered by Jonas Ieno, director, project manager and main technical leader of the company, who has about 18 years of experience in the areas of R&D and business administration, Lieno Tecnologia is formed by a team of highly qualified professionals, with specific and complementary skills who, together, carry out the necessary activities to achieve the objectives set, in a planned, organized and assisted manner.
Although our state has several technology training centers, with UFPB, UFCG AND IFPB, there is a shortage of technology-based companies to absorb all this qualified labor that annually enters the local market.
This local peculiarity favors an agile formation of qualified teams on demand, with specific skills and specialties for each project and with competitive costs in Brazil. In addition, it allows us to absorb the talents of each team for new projects, resulting in a natural selection of employees.

Processes and Methodologies
Each project initiated is firstly planned and organized in cycles of approximately 30 days. At first, the analysis and initial specification of the architecture of the system to be developed is made.
Each following cycle goes through the stages of planning, reviewing the requirements, detailing the architecture, implementation, quality control and implementation, always resulting in deliverables ready to be tested by the customer.
Financial disbursements by clients are always made after the delivery and approval of each cycle, thus reducing risks and maintaining project results and customer satisfaction as the main focus of our work.
Our Headquarters
We are located in João Pessoa, Paraíba - Brazil.
Lieno has a business environment and its own R&D center in the neighborhood of Manaíra, one of the main neighborhoods on the edge of João Pessoa, in a large and wooded area, which is also highly conducive to stimulating creativity and well-being employees.
In the R&D center we have a software development island, a hardware laboratory, a PCB prototyping laboratory, an environment for the assembly and testing of electronic equipment and electrical control panels.
